1. Customization & Customer-Provided Information
1a. Customer Content Responsibility
By submitting any names, addresses, messages, instructions, or other personalized information (“Customer Content”), you acknowledge and agree that all information provided must be accurate and in its final form at the time of submission. SoDo Eggventure Co. creates products and services exactly as the Customer Content is received and does not edit, spell-check, reformat, or validate such information.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all Customer Content prior to submission. Refunds, credits, replacements, or re-services will not be issued for errors resulting from inaccurate Customer Content or for any digital download files delivered as part of your purchase.
1b. Authorization & Legal Rights to Content
By providing Customer Content, you represent and warrant that:
You have the full legal right, permission, and authority to submit and use the Customer Content.
The Customer Content does not infringe upon or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any applicable laws.
1c. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoDo Eggventure Co., its owners, contractors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from or relating to Customer Content you submit or authorize for use.
2. Egg Drop & Delivery Policies
2a. Delivery Area
Due to high demand, we currently deliver within the 32806 zip code. Delivery outside this area may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to purchasing for availability.
2b. Delivery Time
Egg hiding or drop-off occurs between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM on your selected date.
2c. Choking Hazard Warning
Eggs contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three (3) years old. Parental supervision is required.
2d. Pre-Filled Eggs
Eggs are filled with toys only (no candy).
Each order includes a variety of approximately eight (8) toy styles.
Due to pre-packaged assortments, duplicates will be included and the frequency of each toy style will vary across all order quantities (48, 72, or 100 eggs).
Toy assortments are not customizable, and exact counts or ratios for each toy style are not guaranteed.
When ordering multiple quantities, similar assortments may repeat.
2e. Weather Policy
In cases of inclement weather, we will notify you and drop off your eggs at the front door instead of hiding them.
2f. Permission to Be on Property
By purchasing our service, you grant SoDo Eggventure Co. permission to access your property solely for the purpose of hiding eggs in the front yard only. Eggs will be placed in easily accessible locations to ensure safety for our employees and your child. Our right to access your property terminates immediately upon completion of our service.
To ensure a smooth egg-hiding experience, customers are responsible for:
Turning off sprinklers,
Securing pets,
Removing obstacles or hazards.
2g. Homeowner Requirement & Prohibition on Gift Purchases
This service may not be purchased as a gift or surprise. The purchaser must be the homeowner at the service address.
By placing an order, the purchaser represents and warrants that they are the homeowner and have full legal authority to grant SoDo Eggventure Co. permission to access the property and perform services in accordance with these Terms of Service.
SoDo Eggventure Co. reserves the right to refuse service, modify delivery (including leaving items at the front door), or cancel an order if homeowner authorization has not been properly obtained or cannot be reasonably verified.
2h. Yard Sign
We may place a complimentary yard sign (e.g., "You’ve Been Egged," "You’ve Been Boo’d" or something similar) if time permits. You acknowledge that you may receive a sign, and you are solely responsible for removing and discarding the sign.
2i. Right to Refuse or Leave Due to Safety
For the safety of our team, we may refuse service or leave the property if we encounter unsafe conditions, including but not limited to:
Dangerous yard conditions,
Unrestrained animals,
Any circumstance deemed hazardous at our discretion.
In such instances, eggs will be left at your front door, and you will be notified.
2j. Post-Placement Responsibility
Once eggs have been placed or delivered, SoDo Eggventure Co. is not responsible for loss, damage, disturbance, or removal caused by weather, animals, neighbors, children, or other third parties. Replacement eggs are not guaranteed.
2k. Egg Disposal & Retention
All eggs placed or delivered as part of the service become the responsibility of the customer once placement is complete. SoDo Eggventure Co. does not retrieve, remove, or dispose of eggs after delivery. Customers may keep, reuse, discard, or otherwise manage the eggs at their discretion.
2l. Minor Property Disturbance
While reasonable care is taken during service, SoDo Eggventure Co. is not responsible for minor disturbances to grass, mulch, landscaping, or decorative items resulting from normal egg placement.
2m. Accuracy of Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, instructions, and access details. SoDo Eggventure Co. is not responsible for failed or incomplete service resulting from incorrect addresses, inaccessible properties, or inaccurate customer-provided information.
3. Photography & Marketing Consent
By placing an order with SoDoEggventure Co., you acknowledge that services are performed in the front yard only.
With customer permission, SoDoEggventure Co. may take photographs or short videos of the completed egg display after placement for use in marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, website content, and promotional graphics.
Photos will not include:
People
House numbers
Street signs
License plates
Identifying personal information
Participation in photography is optional and will not affect service quality or fulfillment.
If permission is granted, the customer understands that images may be used without compensation and may remain in use after the event date.
Customers may opt out of photography at any time prior to delivery by selecting “No” on the product page or contacting SoDoEggventure Co. in writing.
3a. Order-Specific Consent
The customer’s selection regarding photography on the product page shall govern photography permissions for that specific order.
Photography consent selections apply only to the specific order placed and do not carry over to future orders.
4. Right to Operate This Website
This website is operated by SoDo Eggventure Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SoDo Eggventure Co. We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any additional policies referenced herein or available via hyperlink. By using our site and/or purchasing our service, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5. Right to Protect Community Health
To reduce risk to families:
No candy is included to avoid food allergy concerns.
Employees wear sterile gloves when handling product materials.
Eggs are prepared in a clean environment to maintain sanitary standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoDo Eggventure Co. shall not be liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, property damage, lost eggs, sanitary or environmental exposure, or other damages arising from or related to the service.
By purchasing, you assume all risks associated with participation in the service.
7. Digital Products
7a. Customized & Personalized Digital Products (Made-to-Order)
Digital personalized and customized products are delivered via email in PDF format and may take up to forty-eight (48) hours from the time of purchase.
If digital items are purchased in connection with an Egg Drop, orders must be placed by 5:00 PM on the scheduled Egg Drop day to guarantee same-night delivery. Same-night delivery will occur no later than 11:59 PM on the scheduled Egg Drop day.
7b. Instant (Non-Customized) Digital Products
Non-customized digital products are delivered electronically via email or instant download immediately upon successful completion of purchase, depending on the product.
8. Physical Products
8a. Delivery & Fulfillment of Physical Products
Physical products are fulfilled either through local delivery by SoDoEggventure Co. or shipped separately via a third-party supplier or fulfillment center, depending on the item and fulfillment method.
Shipping timelines, delivery estimates, and carrier information are determined by the fulfillment provider and will be displayed at checkout or in the product description. SoDoEggventure Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or fulfillment delays caused by third-party suppliers once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.
9. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Failure by SoDo Eggventure Co. to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision.
10. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and their limited availability, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within two (2) days of delivery at Hello@SoDoEggventureCo.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
11. Agreement Acknowledgment
By using this website and/or placing an order with SoDo Eggventure Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
12. Online Store Eligibility
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
13. General Conditions & Right to Refuse Service
SoDo Eggventure Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
14. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information
Information on this site may not always be accurate, complete, or current and is provided for general informational purposes only. We reserve the right to update or modify content at any time.
15. Modifications to Services & Pricing
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product at any time without liability.
16. Order Acceptance & Billing Accuracy
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate and current billing and contact information so we may complete your transaction.
17. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or links that we do not control. Use of third-party services is at your own risk, and SoDo Eggventure Co. is not responsible for their content or practices.
18. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders if information on the site is inaccurate, including after an order has been placed.
19. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property rights, to submit false information, or to interfere with site security or functionality.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services, products, and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.
21. Additional Indemnification
In addition to Section 1c, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoDo Eggventure Co. from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
23. Termination
These Terms and Conditions remain in effect unless terminated by either party. Obligations incurred prior to termination shall survive termination.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and all referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and SoDo Eggventure Co.
25. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
