Delivery, Shipping & Fulfillment Policy – SoDo Eggventure Co.

At SoDo Eggventure Co., we offer a combination of digital products, local delivery services, and select physical items. The information below outlines how each type of product or service is fulfilled to ensure clarity and transparency.


Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically via email or download link after purchase.

All digital sales are final and non-refundable once delivered. SoDo Eggventure Co. is not responsible for issues related to incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.


Local Delivery Services

Local delivery services — including seasonal experiences, holiday deliveries, and location-based offerings — are available only within designated service areas and ZIP codes.

Delivery dates and time windows are estimates and not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring safe, accessible delivery locations.

Once a local delivery has been completed, the service is considered fulfilled.

Because local delivery services are date-specific and seasonal, all sales are final once booked.


Physical Products & Shipping 

Some physical products may be shipped directly by SoDo Eggventure Co. or fulfilled by trusted third-party partners.

Most physical orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, unless otherwise stated.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited shipping affects transit time only and does not guarantee same-day processing unless explicitly stated.

Some made-to-order or third-party-fulfilled items may require additional production time prior to shipping. These items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may vary by fulfillment partner and carrier.

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number when available.

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday), excluding U.S. Federal Holidays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the product, weight, delivery method, and fulfillment source. Rates may be flat-rate or carrier-calculated, depending on the order.


Shipping Issues & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, SoDo Eggventure Co. is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout. If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged, customers may be required to work directly with the carrier to initiate a claim.


Returned Mail

If a shipped package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Refused or Unclaimed Packages

All shipping charges related to refused or unclaimed packages are the responsibility of the customer. Orders that are refused or abandoned are not eligible for a refund.
